Easy Carrot Cake

Ingredients
2 eggs2 c Flour1.25 c Granulated Sugar2 tsp Baking Soda3 4 oz jars of Carrot Baby food2 tsp salt1.25 tsp Ground Cinnamon1/4 c oil1 c Daisy Light Sour Cream
Directions
Makes 12 pieces when cooked in a greased 9x12 pan.
Place all ingedients in a bowl or mixer & mix until smooth. Pour into the greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before frosting. I just used canned frosting.
