Pasta & ground turkey skillet

1/2 box Barilla Plus Rotini, about 6.75 oz10 oz Foster Farms Ground Turkey (lean)2 cups Cauliflower, raw2 cups Broccoli, fresh, chopped1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Brown the ground turkey while you boil the pasta according to package directions.
Add whatever seasonings you like to the turkey while cooking (I used garlic & onion powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning).
Chop the cauliflower & broccoli, add to the cooked turkey, cover and let steam on med heat.
Drain the pasta and add to the skillet.
Turn off the burner, sprinkle the cheeses over the pasta mixture, cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
Makes approximately 5 servings.
