Fruit nut Cake with leftover bread

Ingredients
4 cups of stale bread cut in cubes1/2 cup Dried fruits (pineapple, apricot, raisins)1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped1/2 cup ground almond150g Fresh cream2 Eggs2TS brown sugar1/2 cup Coconut shredddedCoffee extract... or instant coffee powder.
Directions
Preheat oven to 180'C

Chop stale bread, dried fruit, nuts into small cubes. mix well

Beat eggs, fresh cream, sugar, coffee together

Mix dry and wet ingredients together and pour into mould.
Sprinkle with coconuts.

Bake for 20minutes.
