Holy Guacamole

Ingredients
4 ripe avocados, diced*1 cup white or yellow onions, diced1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (med. or fine chop, per preference)2 to 3 tbsp lime juice to taste1 tsp salt2 cups tomatoes, diced
Directions
*Sprinkle lime juice onto avocados while chopping to prevent browning.

Combine avocados, onions, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Mash together, leaving the avocados a little chunky. Add tomatoes and stir to combine. Taste, add salt or lime juice as needed for a stronger flavor.

Serve with chips.

Makes approx. 8 servings.
