Roasted Honey Chicken with Vegetables

400g Chicken Breast250g Potatoes0.3 cup Honey80g Tomato Sause2 Carrots5g Basil
First, combine the honey and the tomato sause in a bowl and stir the mixture. Then, cut the chicken breast into pieces or if you prefer leave it in larger portions and put it in a tin. After that, cut the potatoes and the carrots into small pieces and place them next to the chicken in the tin. Sprinkle with basil and the meal is ready on its way to the oven. Bake approximately 90 minutes on 160C degrees. And there you go- you've got your sweat and salty meal ;)
