Sausage and Ground Beef Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1/2 lb ground beef (optional)1-2 C cubed hash brown potatoes8-10 large eggs, whisked1 C shredded cheddar cheese1-2 C salsa16-20 8" tortilla shells
Directions
Makes 16-24 breakfast burritos depending on how amount of stuffing.

1. Cook meat until done (spice according to taste). Transfer to large mixing bowl
2. Cook hash brown potatoes until lightly brown (optional). Transfer to same bowl with meat
3. Cook eggs (scrambled) until done (spice according to taste). Add to meat and potato mixture
4. Mix gently
5. Stir in salsa. More or less to taste. Mix gently
6. Add cheese. Mix
7. Spoon 1/4 C or so onto a tortilla shell and roll
8. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil and freeze for up to 3 months
