100g Chicken fillet50g Boiled Potatoes0.5 Small Onion80g Frozen carrot/Swede Julienne40g Frozen green beans40g frozen Mixed Peppers20g Frozen Petit Pois50g Cooked Mushrooms2 Servings Chicken Gravy
Directions
Cut up chicken fillet and fine dice onion. In a dry pan seal these off and add remaining ingredient. make up chicken gravy and add. Simmer until cooked through. Serve.
