Sliced Tomato Salad with Capers & Basil

Ingredients
1/2 tomato, sliced1 1/2 teaspoons coarsely chopped fresh basil1/4 teaspoon capers3/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar3/4 teaspoon water1/2 teaspoon evoo3/4 teaspoon garlic, mincedSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place tomato slices in a bowl. Add basil and capers. Lightly salt tomatoes.

Mix vinegar, water, evoo, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over sliced tomatoes. Gently toss and eat.
