My daughter makes a similar recipe for her younger brother. Quick and easy! We do toast our sandwich thin first to give it a crispy crust. We use mezzata basil tomato sauce and add a round slice of the sargento provolone cheese. We top it with kirkland no-salt organic seasoning.bakeuntil cheesemelts - 12/11/11

I have made these before, only I add fresh spinach or mushrooms/tomatoes, etc and a little cheese... (you can also use a tiny bit of Olive oil on the bottom of the sandwich thin and it will crisp up if you like thin crust pizza, doesn't add too much fat to the recipe) - 6/15/09
