Ingredients
3 egg whites1/2 c. canola oil1 med. banana, smashed1 c. sugar2 c. shredded zucchini1/2 t. salt1 t. baking soda1 T cinnamon1T vanilla2 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
Directions
combine all ingredients together. fill 34 reg. lined muffin tins 3/4 full. bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
