Strawberries and cream cake

Ingredients
Pilsbury strawberry cake mix 3 egg whites1c water1/3c applesaucesugar free strawberry jello3c fresh sliced strawberries1/4c splenda2 TBS Brandy1c Heavy whipping cream1/4c splenda1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
prepare the cake mix via instructions on box but substitue 1/3c oil for water and 3 whole eggs for egg whites. Bake and allow to cool. Prepare jello as instruced on box allow to chill but do not allow to harden. Slice strawberries and combine with Brandy and splenda allow to macerate for 20 minutes. Invert cake on platter and poke several holes with a straw pour cooled jello over cake. Whip cream and 1/4c splenda and vanilla at medium high speed until stiff peaks form. Do not over whip. Layer strawberries on top of the cake and spread whip cream over cake. ALLOW TO CHILL IN FRIDGE FOR AT LEAST FOUR HOURS before slicing.
