Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients
1 cup Cream Cheese Low Fat2 cups Shrimp uncooked cleaned 2 cups Tomatoes seeded and diced 3 cups Spinach cleaned and torn 3 cloves Garlic minced1/.2 cup Onions8 oz Linguine NoodlesCooking Spray
Directions
Cook pasta according to package.

Spray a large pan with cooking spary and heat over medium heat. Add shrimp to pan in a single layer, cooking through and turning once. Remove shrimp from pan and keep warm.

In the same pan, spray with cooking spary and saute onions and garlic until tender.

Add tomatoes, shrimp and cream cheese to onion mixture and reduce heat to medium. Stir mixture while allowing cream cheese to melt. Stir spinach into the cheese mixture and remove from heat.

Serve shrimp and cheese mixture over warm pasta.
