Chicken in Pepper Vodka Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces (remove) * *Bertolli Alfredo Sauce, 1.25 cup (remove) * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) * Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove) * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove) * Vodka, 2 fl oz (remove)
Directions
Brown chicken in butter. Add 2 oz Abosolut Peppar Vodka and mushrooms. Stir. Add in fresh spinach. If using frozen spinach, cook as directed and add later.

Simmer chicken, mushrooms and spinach 20 minutes.

Add alfredo sauce and simmer 5 more minutes, adding milk to thin the sauce if necessary.

Spoon over egg fettuccine or whole wheat spaghetti.
