Roast Beef Sandwiches with Horseradish

Ingredients
1/3 cup light dairy sour cream2 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives2 Tbs. spicy brown mustard1 tsp. prepared horseradish1/2 tsp. sugar1/4 tsp. salt1 cup packaged shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)8 oz. thinly-sliced cooked roast beef8 1/2-inch slices sourdough bread, toasted
Directions
Directions: In a medium bowl combine sour cream, chives, mustard, horseradish, sugar, and salt. Add shredded broccoli; toss to coat. Divide roast beef among four slices of bread. Top with broccoli mixture; finish with remaining bread slices.
