Kashi Go Lean plus with soy milk

Ingredients
1 cup Kashi Go lean cereal1 tbsp oat bran or oat bran cereal2 tbsp wheat bran (not cereal)1 tbsp chopped walnuts1/4 tsp - 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon3/4 - 1 cup soy milk (not flavoured)
Directions
Just mix together and enjoy! I find this a great way to start the day when I am in a hurry or not. You can mix tbigger quantities of the ingredients ahead of time and keep in a container, but I find I know exactly how much of each ingredient I am getting if I mix just one serving at a time.
