Down2Sexy's Low-Fat Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat elbow macaroniWater1/2 cup fat-free Half & Half4 slices 2% American cheese2 oz. reduced fat Swiss cheese
Directions
Bring water to boil in a large saucepan and stir in macaroni. Boil for 8 - 10 minutes.

While macaroni is cooking, cut cheese into small pieces.

Drain macaroni, rinse and return to sauce pan. Over low heat, stir in fat-free Half & Half and cheeses. Cook over low heat until cheese is completely melted, stirring constantly.

Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
