Flounder with brown rice, mushrooms, and baby corn

1 Can Yellow Sweet Corn3 Cloves Garlic2 Cups Mushrooms6 Flounder Fillets.5 C soy sauce1.5 C Brown rice
Serves 3:
Soak the fish in 3/8 C soy sauce with 2 chopped garlic cloves, with a light shake of mrs. dash table blend. While this is marinating, cook the brown rice in a rice cooker. In a pan on medium heat, add the remaining chopped garlic clove to 1/8 C soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms, and the BABY corn. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender. Remove the veggies, leaving some of the mushroom/soy sauce liquid. Add the flounder and cook with a lid, on low-medium for abour 12 minutes, or until the fish is flaky. Serve on a bed of brown rice with the veggies as your side.
