Rice and Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 c. uncooked Basmati Rice1 c. Cherry Tomatoes1 Fresh Cucumber, cubed1 Fresh Green Pepper chopped1 c. Onions chopped1 can Black Beans, unsalted1/2 c. Lite Soy Sauce or Tamari Sauce2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar1/4 c. Lime Juice1 tsp. Dried Ginger4 cloves Garlic1 tsp. Sesame Oil1 tsp. Mrs. Dash's Original Spices1/2 tsp. chili Oil
Directions
Mix Ginger, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Rice Vinegar, Lime Juice, Garlic, Chili Oil and Spike Seasoning in a blender. Mix all other ingredients together and pour dressing over the top. Stir and refrigerate.

This is much better the next day.
