CRAB-CABBAGE SALAD

Ingredients
1 head cabbage, slaw cut1/2 cup celery chopped fine2 carrots, grated1 16 oz pkg. imitation crab, semi-frozen1 c. kraft fat free mayonnaise/salad dressing
Directions
Put cut up cabbage in bowl, add shredded crab, carrots and onion. Toss lightly. Mix in mayo. Mix thoroughly. Marinate 2 hours.
Serves 6 for a meal.

    I made this and I added 3oz can of crab meat plus a touch of lemon juice . The canned crab made it just a bit more tasty. - 3/20/08
