Modified Cauliflower Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
1 head of fresh cauliflower1 c Sargento reduced fat cheese4 tbsp Hellman's olive oil mayo1 tsp salt
Directions
Cook cauliflower in 1 in salted water until tender. Drain and spread in casserole dish. Mix cheese, salt, mayo together. Spread over cauliflower. Bake at 350 for 20min.
