Ingredients
454g steak mince1 lrg onion2 big tins tomatoes chopped1 can kidney beans3 cloves thinly chopped garlic1 tsp cuminpepper(pinch)2 tsp chill powder
Directions
in slow cooker
put in your mince
add your ingredients
leave for about 6 hrs cookin just under half way and stir occassionally

sit and enjoy

you can also just cook in casserole for bout 1hr 30 mins
