Chuckwagon BBQ Beef Pull

Ingredients
1 tsp. onion powder3 cloves garlic1 c. water4 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce4 tsp. mustard1 c. ketchup1/2 c. BBQ sauce1/2 c. brown sugar2 tsp. salt
Directions
Precook beef roast until done. Pull apart or cut into fine pieces. Mix BBQ sauce and pour onto beef, then cook in slow cooker and let simmer for 2 hrs. Great alternative to burgers! Note: nutritional value is minus the beef roast.
