Maple Syrup Salmon Filet

1 salmon filet (1 1/2 lb)1/2 cup green onions, chopped2 garlic cloves chopped1/4 cup olive oil3 tbsp maple syrup1 tbsp soya sauce1 lemon pressedsalt & pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat barbeque at medium heat.
Step 2: Cut salmon in 4 equal parts.
Step 3; In a bowl, mix green onions, garlic, olive
oil, maple syrup, soya sauce, lemon and
spices.
Step 4: Marinade the salmon with the mixture
and leave in fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 5: Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side on the
barbeque or until done to taste.
Makes 4 (3 oz) salmon filets, approx.
