Ingredients
1 lb Orange Roughy2 tbsp Olive Oil2 tbsp Smart Balance2 tbsp Parsley Dried2 tbsp Chives1 lemonOnion PowderLemon Pepper
Directions
Makes 4 4 oz servings
Heat skillet, brush fish with olive oil.
Sprinkle fish w/ lemon pepper and onion powder.
place in hot skillet. cook until browned on 1 side. Turn over.
When browned put in smart balance, chives and parsley. Add juice of 1 lemon. Spoon sauce over fish until well coated.
Ready to serve.
