Geeta's pudina tikka curry

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive oil200g onions (diced)100g mushrooms (roughly chopped)2 cups chopped red & green peppers1 kg Chicken breast (diced)Geeta's pudina tikka curry sauce (2 jars)
Directions
Add olive oil to a pan & heat
Add onions & fry until begining to cook
Add chicken breast & stir until sealed

Add the spices from the lids of both jars & stir in. Stir & cook for about 1 min, or until the spices smell strongly.

Add the mushrooms & peppers & the cooking liquid from the jars.

Stir well, bring to the boil & simmer, with the lid on, until the chicken is cooked. (approx 15 mins)

Serve with brown rice
