Easy, good recipe to follow, I had a smaller amount of raspberry's approx 6 oz but adjusted accordingly. Added sugar to taste. I also strained the bulk seeds in a fruit sieve. and I ended up with approx 8oz of syrup. - 7/4/13

I used Truvia instead of sugar; very nice flavor overall. - 7/25/11

Love this! It definitely takes some time though depending on how thick you like it. I ate mine on waffles instead of pancake syrup, delicious! - 5/16/11

I tried this today and it was wonderful. It has just the right amount of sugar to keep it in the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I doubled the recipe and added a large peach to it too. Very delicious! Thanks! - 9/4/10
