1/4 cup quaker quick oats1/4 cup water1/2 tsp baking powder2 tsp splenda2 Tbsp blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare ramekin with nonstick cooking spray. Mix ingredients together and put in ramekin. Bake for 20 minutes.

    Awesome, I added 1/8th tsp cinnamon and doubled the recipe for 2 people. Comes out more like a muffin-shaped cobbler, but I expected it to fall apart more than it did, and it tastes great - 6/16/10
