Nancy's Potato Salad

Ingredients
12 to 16 oz of Red Potatoes2 Scallions or Green onions (chopped)2 Stalks Celery (Chopped)4 oz Kraft fat free Mayo4 oz Light Sour cream (Daisy Brand) Salt ,Pepper and Paprika
Directions
Cut the potatoes in quarters with skin and boil or bake until tender set aside to cool. Chop the onions and celery. Combine the Potatoes Celery and onions then add the sour cream and mayo.
Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with paprika for garnish. this will make 4-6 servings

    Yummy, I substituted fresh chives for the scallions since I had none on hand. I also added 1 TBS. of bacon bits. - 7/3/09
