Tamarind tofu with broccoli

19 oz package firm tofu, cubed1 clove garlic, minced1 T minced fresh ginger1 T oil16 oz frozen broccoli8 oz frozen bell peppers1 T gluten-free soy sauce2 T tamarind paste6 oz orange juice1/2 - 1 t sriracha saucesalt to taste, about 1/2 - 1 t
Fry tofu without oil until starts to brown. Push to side. Add oil to empty pan and add garlic and ginger and fry until fragrant. Mix together. Add frozen vegies and mix. Cook to thaw vegies. Meanwhile, mix together tamarind, soy sauce, orange juice, sriracha sauce, and salt. When vegies mostly thawed, add sauce and mix thoroughly. Cook until carmelized, about 5 minutes.
