Ingredients
500 grams Ground beef, extra lean, 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw, 3 cups Chicken stock, home-prepared, 2 tbsp Chicken Gravy, 1 large Onions, raw, Salt / pepper
Directions
chop finally 1 large onion. fry in a pan with 2 sprays of cooking oil. brown onion then add mince and brown then add carrot and stock cook for 1 hour and gravy granules and cook for a further 5 miitues. then serve.
