chocolate/ peanut butter protein cake

Ingredients
1c carbquik4 tbs milled flax seed 1/4 c cocoa1 c EAS chocolate protein whey powder (4 scoops)2 tsp baking powder1/2 c splenda granules1 c prepared fat free sugar free chocolate pudding (made with skim milk)1/2 c peanut butter ( chunky or smooth)1/2 c egg beaters1/2 cup of fat free milkOlivio buttery spray (optional)
Directions
-mix dry ingredients in large bowl

-Mix eggs, peanut butter, milk, and pudding in a small bowl and then add to dry ingredients and mix to combine

-Bake at 350 for 25-30 min in a 24cm round greased pan (until knife comes out clean when inserted in the center)
**May spray top lightly with olivio spray and dust with splenda before it cools**
Divide into 8 "pie" slice servings
