Mango Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
1 ripe banana1 cup frozen or fresh mango1 cup orange juice6 oz peach yogurt1 tbsp flaxseed, whole or ground
Directions
Put everything in the blender and blend on high. Pour and enjoy.

Keep your blender out and rinse right after each use. This will make this breakfast very easy.
