Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
1 lg. can (12 oz) light tuna in water1 can (15 oz) sweet peas-no sodium-drained6 cups instant mashed potatoes1 cup shredded fat free cheese3 cups non-fat milk4 tbsp. Promise Butter4 tbsp. Flour1 tbsp. salt1 tbsp. pepper
Directions
Melt butter in a 2 qt saucepan. Add flour and stir until smooth. Slowly add milk to flour mixture, stirring constantly. Cook until it has the consistency of thin gravy. Stir in peas, tuna, salt and pepper. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. In separate pan, make instant mashed potatoes. Add potatoes to mixture spread evenly throughout the pan. Cover with cheese. Bake on 350 degrees until cheese melts. Makes 15-3x2.6 inch portions.
