Tuna Biscuit Pie

Ingredients
1 - 16oz Jumbo Buttermilk Biscuits (8 biscuits)1/4 cup cream cheese1/3 cup colby jack cheese1 can tuna1 egg whitesalt
Directions
Prep:
soften cream cheese if hard
drain water from tuna
flatten 4 of the biscuits on a cookie sheet
pre-heat oven to 350

mix cream cheese, tuna, colby jack cheese
split in 4 and spread out onto the 4 flattened biscuits
flatten remaining 4 biscuits on the top
brush egg white on top
add salt as desired

bake for 12-14 minutes (or until golden brown)
