Lentils, 150 grams Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, .35 cup, chopped or sliced Curry powder, 1 tspButter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
ring lentils to a boil in water, lower to simmer and cook until tender and water is absorbed, adding more water if needed. (20-30 minutes). Saute onion spices and tomatoes in butter or oil and mix in to lentils, salt to taste. Serve with brown rice or chapati and steamed greens.
