Spicy Vegetables

Ingredients
1/2 pkg of Frozen Veggies (any variety)1 tsp Soy Sauce (low sodium)1 tsp of Dijon Mustard (any brand)1/2 tsp of Ground ginger1 tsp of Red or Cayenne pepper1 tsp of splenda sweetener5 sprays of I cant beleive its not Butter1/2 tsp of grated Parmesian Cheese
Directions
In a non stick skillet put your Frozen Veggies in and cover with a lid, put on medium heat, no water. Stirring often cook for about 7 minutes. Meanwhile in a bowl mix the soy sauce, mustard, giner, pepper, splenda together until blended, Set aside. After the Veggies have cooked for 7 minutes they should heated up thoroughly, using the spray butter spray the vegetables down, mixing well, continue to cook for another minute uncovered to allow any extra liquid to cook off. Then take the soy sauce mixture and pour over top of the vegetables, mix well continue to cook for another minute stirring constantly so they are all covered evenly. Remove from heat transfer to a bowl or plate and sprinkle with the Parmesian cheese. Enjoy!!
