BBQ Pulled Pork

5lbs. - pork butt, or shoulderRub w/ salt & pepper14 oz. - beef broth1/4 cup - coffeeSplash of liquid smoke3 tbsp. - Bulls Eye BBQ sauce
1. Rub pork roast with salt & pepper.
2. Place in slow cooker.
3. Mix beef broth and coffee together and pour
around pork roast. Add a splach of liquid
smoke.
4. Set slow cooker on low and cook for 6 - 8 hrs.
5. Take pork roast out of slow cooker when done
and shred with two fork until the entire roast is
shredded. Add the bbq sauce and mix in.
6. Put pulled pork between hamburger buns,
add a tossed salad and you have a meal.
Makes 24 - 1/2 cup servings
