Cinnamon Roll

Ingredients
4 C. flour1 1/3 C. milk, warm 115 degrees1 t. salt2 eggs2 T. yeast2/3 C. sugarUsing one cup of flour mix all. Then stir in enough flour to handle and knead until smooth adding in flour as needed. Place in greased bowl, turn and let sit in warm place until doubled. Punch down dough, Roll into 18" x 9" rectangle. Brush with 1 T. butter, and sprinkle on 1/3 C. sugar and 3 T. cinnamon. Roll up lengthwise so you have a roll 18" long pinching to seal the edge. Slice and bake until lightly browned in a 350 degree oven. Cool then ice using 1/2 C. powdered sugar mixed with a tablespoon or so of water. (mix until able to be spread thinly and easily)
