Fresh Herb Grilled Salmon & Corn Salad

15 oz Wild Alaskan Salmon3 ears of fresh sweet corn1 cup fresh basil, chopped1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped1 cup fresh mint, chopped1 lime2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive OilSea SaltGround Black Pepper
Brush both sides of the salmon filet with the extra virgin olive oil.
Apply some sea salt and ground pepper to both sides
Repeat this process with the corn
Grill the salmon and the corn on the BBQ until just done (fish usually takes about 4-8 minutes on each side)
Coarsely chop the salmon
Remove the corn from the cob
In a large bowl combine the chopped mint, basil, and cilantro with the salmon and corn.
Squeeze the juice from 1 lime over the salad and toss
Serve while warm
Optional: You can also add additional lime wedges for your guests.
