Thai Noodle Salad cold

Ingredients
3 Cups Spaghetti cooked2 tablespoons peanut butter1 tablespoon Thai Chili Sauce3 tablespoons soy sauce2 cloves garlic1 tablespoon cider vinegar1.5 Tablespoons corn syrup or honey1 tsp fresh or ground ginger1/2 cup frozen peas2 tablespoons cashew pieces1/4 cup green onions
Directions
Cook spaghetti and rinse. While spaghetti is cooking, whisk together all ingredients except the peas, cashews and onions. Mix can be difficult with peanut butter, but continue to stir until combined. Pour over spaghetti and add all other ingredients. Can be served immediately or stored in refrigerator. Better the next day!

    This was great, and really, not so spicy. I think that most people could eat it, no matter whether they like heat or not. Just cut the amount of Thai chili sauce a bit. - 5/20/10

    Simple and easy! I left the peas out because I don't like them and I used Chilli Garlic sauce instead of Thai sauce. - 3/18/10
