Sweet Broccoli- Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup Carrots, raw, .5 cup, choppedRed Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 5 serving *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup *Kraft miracle whip regular, 16 tbsp Granulated Sugar, .25 cup Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Directions
Bake Bacon on a cookie sheet in the oven on 400 for about 7-10 minutes. Watch carefully so the bacon does not burn!

Remove Bacon from oven. Blot Bacon with Papertowel and allow to cool.

Cut up Bacon, Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Red Onion. Combine in a bowl.

In a seperate bowl whisk together mayo, sugar, and vinegar until smooth. Pour over the veggies.

Add cheese. Stir together.

Allow the salad to sit in refrigerate. (Bacon is optional. Can substitute with pork bacon)

    Great salad. I used brocoflower cause that is what I had. Worked great. I also had to use Miracle Whip light and 2% shredded cheese. So I recalculated the calories but it was still your recipe. Oh-and I used honey instead of sugar. Again probably no real taste difference. - 6/21/09
