Ingredients
Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 80 grams Honey, 2 tbsp *fructose, 2 tsp *Flax Seed, 1.5 tbsp Apricots, dried, 2 half Applesauce, unsweetened, 100 grams Crisp bran, by El Pro, 1 tbsp, 3 serving
Directions
mix all ingrdnts. Honey must be warm and liquid. Add cinnamon, vanilla and what you wish.
Bake during 15-20 min in 160 (Celsium).
