1 Cup Canned Black Beans Drained and Rinsed1 Small Raw Onion Diced1 Cup Frozen Shelled Edemame No need to thaw1 Cup Sliced or Diced Raw Sweet Red PepperDressing.5 Cup Refried Beans2 Tbl Kraft Free Zesty Italian Dressing or more to tasteWater as needed to thin Dressing
Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
In a small bowl mix dressing ingredients. Add enough water to make a medium consistancy dressing.
Pour onto veggies and toss.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour so the flavors can Blend.
Pour into a Pretty Serving Bowl and garnish with Parsley (Optional)
