4 cups zucchini, sliced1/2 cup tomatoes, diced1/2 cup onions, diced1/4 jalapeno pepper, diced2 dashes of salt1 tsp corn oil3 oz Chihuahua Cheese
Directions
Heat oil
Toss in veggies
Add salt
Cook through
Place thin slices of cheese over veggies and let melt.
