Easy Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Directions
1 1lb bag of frozen mixed vegetables1 2lb bag of frozen chopped broccoli.5 box of Whole Wheat Rotini cooked and rinsed with cold water3c cubed ham or meat of choice (chicken or shrimp are good too)
Cook rotini per package directions. Rinse with cold water. While rotini is cooking cube the ham. Allow broccoli and mixed vegetables to thaw in fridge-do not cook them! Place all in large bowl, mix and serve with choice of salad dressing. Ranch is the usual choice at my house. Makes 10-12 servings.
