Stuffed Figs

-6 Dried Figs-1oz Ricotta Cheese(part skim)-15g of Pistachio Kernels-0.5oz of Honey
This Recipe using six Figs will make 12 stuffed Figs.
First slice the stem off of your dried fig then slice the fig in half. In each half use your thumb to form a bowl.
Fill each half with the ricotta cheese.
Crush the pistachio kernels and sprinkle them over the top.
As a final touch drizzle the honey over the top of the figs.
