judy's quick chicken stirfry

Ingredients
6 small or 4 large chicken thighs1 green pepper1 red pepper2 cups mushroom 1/2 cup chopped onionfat free italian dressing ( or any kind you have in your fridge that is not creamy)1 tbsp olive oil@ 2 cups cooked rice
Directions
stir fry chicken thighs ( I used thighs because they have a bit more flavour and are alot cheeper) in olive oil. when browned and almost done, add the rest of the vegetables.(you can add any kind of vegs you like or have in the fridge) pour the italian dressing on top to stir fry the flavour in. cover and steam for about 5-10 min. don't overcook the veggies. while doing this, make rice. put rice on a plate and spoon the stirfry mixture on top. add a salad and dinner is ready.
