rice with fava beans, lamb meat on top

Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 1 cup, so it's 0.5 cup of uncooked rice Beans, fava, .5 cup Lamb, Cubed, 4 oz Sunflower Oil, 1 1tsp cooking spray
Directions
first you cook the fava as instructed of the bag if frozen. if fresh, cook them for 15 min. add the rice and sunflower oil, don't forget to add water till the rice and beans are covered and 1cm over.
add salt and pepper(i add 1 tsp of salt for one cup of rice) so here i put 0.5 of salt
boil till water reduce and leave covered on very low heat for 15 min after.
in a scellet sprayed with cooking spray roast the lamb, add salt and pepper then put o top f serving plate
i serve it with salad of plain yogurt. it's the arabic way
