Spagetti Pie

Ingredients
Directions
Pasta whole wheat 2oz cooked per serving
Boil Pasta according to directions.
In small sauce pan add 1 Tbsp olive oil, garlic clove and 1 Tbsp onion cook until onions are soft. Cut tomatoes into cubes and add to onions and garlic mixture along with tomatoe sauce and salt and pepper.
Drain pasta, place butter and parmasean cheese with pasta in bowl and mix, place in bottom of deep dish pie pan.
Mix cottage cheese with Oregano and Basil.
Layer over top of pasta.
Add Tomatoe mixture over the top of cottage cheese.
Bake @ 350 for 25 min, add mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
