Spicy Peanut Shrimp Noodles

Ingredients
4 c cooked shrimp2 T sesame oil ( I like to use the spicy sesame oil)4 T smooth peanut btter1 T chopped fresh ginger root2 T red pepper flakes6 T hot water1 glove chopped garlic4 T low sodium soy sauce2 T red wine vinegar2 T roasted sesame seeds1 zuchinni diced1 yellow squash diced3 cups cooked whole wheat pasta
Directions
Cook spaghetti as directed on the box. Combine everything except oil, peanut butter and sesameseeds in a bowl and set aside. Put oil and peanut butter in pot and melt peanut butter dump the bowl you set aside into the pot. Heat over medium heat for 6 minutes, or until zuchinni and squash is done. Pour shrimp and pasta into pot. Heat everything thing together for a couple of minutes and you are ready to go. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and serve. If you ate something else with his as a side you could probably get 6-8 servings out of it instead of 4.
